However, we understand that sometimes a fit isn’t quite right or a style doesn’t match your vision. Our hassle-free return policy is designed to make your shopping experience as fluid and sophisticated as our designs.
1. Our 7-Day Style Guarantee
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. We want you to have ample time to try on your new chic dresses, tailored sets, or luxury loungewear in the comfort of your home.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume, smoke) or marks (makeup, deodorant).

Tags Attached: All original Vibely Haute garment tags and packaging must be intact and attached to the item.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from www.vibelyhaute.com is required.
2. Seamless Returns Process
Initiating a return for your online fashion purchase is simple. Please follow these steps to ensure a quick processing time:

Visit our Return Portal: Log into your account or visit our dedicated “Returns” page.

Submit Your Request: Enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label: Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label (note: a flat-rate return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund).

Package Securely: Place the items back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Drop Off: Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location.
3. Fast-Track Exchanges
Found the perfect piece but need a different size? Our fashion exchange program is designed to get the right fit to you faster.

Even Exchanges: If you are exchanging for a different size or color of the same item, we will waive the return shipping fee.

Instant Credit: In some cases, we can issue an instant store credit so you can re-order your new favorite outfit immediately while your return is still in transit.
4. Refund Timeline and Expectations
Once your return package arrives at our distribution center, please allow 5–7 business days for our quality control team to inspect the items.

Approval Notification: You will receive an email once your return is processed.

Credit Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Upi, etc.).

Banking Delays: Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our women’s boutique community, certain items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Intimate Apparel: For health reasons, bodysuits and lingerie are non-returnable.

Jewelry: Earrings and certain delicate accessories.

Sale Items: Any items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
6. International Returns
Vibely Haute loves our global style icons! For international fashion orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for international packages lost in transit.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
Quality is our signature. If you receive a clothing item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Concierge Team at concierge@vibelyhaute.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for any verified manufacturing errors.
8. Fair Use and Return Limits
To continue offering affordable luxury fashion to all our customers, we monitor return activity for abuse. Vibely Haute reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers who exhibit excessive return patterns or “wardrobing” (buying items to wear once and return).
