Vibely Haute: Refund & Return Policy

At Vibely Haute, we want you to feel as confident in your purchase as you do in your style. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 7Â days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this 30-day window to be eligible for a refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your items must meet the following “Haute Standards”:

Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition.

Tags Attached: All original brand tags and security seals must remain intact.

Original Packaging: Please return items in their original Vibely Haute packaging/dust bags.

Hygiene Ready: For health reasons, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are Final Sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
3. The Return Process

Initiate: Visit our [Returns Portal] and enter your Order ID and Email.

Ship: Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Inspect: After we receive your package, please allow 3–5 business days for our quality control team to inspect the items.

Refund: Once cleared, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timelines

Original Payment: Typically takes 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Store Credit: Issued immediately via email as a digital gift card (valid for 12 months).
5. Exchanges
Love the look but need a different size? We offer one free exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a small shipping fee.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong “vibe,” please contact us at support@vibelyhaute.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during “Vault Clearance” events cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
