Vibely Haute: Shipping Policy

At Vibely Haute, we know you’re excited to receive your new look. We prioritize fast, reliable, and secure shipping so your order arrives ready for the spotlight.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

  • High-Volume Periods: During sale events or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping tiers to fit your timeline. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

4. International Shipping

Vibely Haute ships to over 50 countries!

  • International Delivery: Usually takes 10–21 business days.

  • Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Vibely Haute is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact support@vibelyhaute.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

  • We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package.


Need to make a change?

If you noticed an error in your shipping address, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has reached the “Processed” stage, we are unable to redirect it.
